About Me

Just someone who REALLY NEEDS to make a change with regards to his health! 41 years old haven’t exercised for over a year Loves cookies, donuts, cake, chocolate, etc… My wife, Kathleen, has also agreed to DO SOMETHING regarding the weight she has gained over the last year or so... She still LOOKS GREAT! - she just wants to look and feel better (see Video)! BUT LOOK AT THAT GUTT I'M SPORTIN'! (Look at it! Doesn't it look like the face of HOMER SIMPSON!?)

Thank You for taking these pictures. Many people are aware of the neglect to this property. This is the first evidence of anyone standing up. Yet these people continue to take our money towards the managing and purchasing of the units. I was told 7yrs ago, the property would be repaired. WE all got taken for our money.
I'm so glad you posted these pictures so all can see how our maintenance fees were misused and we were all lied to. In fact,they are still sending me bills for the maintenace fees which I have no intention of paying until this is all settled in court.
Thanks so much for standing up for us. You can be sure we all all behind you.
Hopefully the hard work of some of the unit owners will pay off in the end for all of us. We where all taken by Metairire and their promises; hopefully all is not lost.

This is a fun place to go. Its totally retro and you have peace and quiet. Don't come here if you want "ballrooms" because its not fit for that anymore. If your an adventurous youth come check it out.
Unbelievable how this situation is allowed to continue. A judge actually threw out our lawsuit !!!! He should have to spend a week at Legends in McAfee New Jersey. Someone knows someone in high places for this to be allowed to continue. Thousands of dollars we paid to purchase a Time Dump.....mis-lead is what Metairire did to every single Time Dump owner.
